A. True Sight Specification of Service
1. Description of Services:

Authorised Users access the web Platform to request data results for a specific area. Users define the area boundary for automatic processing by drawing a polygon or uploading an area file.
- The True Sight Product is restricted to processing area input that is:
(a) In Great Britain; and
(b) A single, non-self-intersecting polygon - The True Sight product uses a combination of 12.5cm and1 m satellite imagery captured within the last three years, together with datafrom Ordnance Survey (OS) maps and the Natural England Priority HabitatsInventory, to produce data results.
- Data is produced using a fully automated backend.
- The True Sight product provides habitat classificationsfor the specific area using a subset of the Statutory Biodiversity Metric[1]habitats list.
- True Sight displays the following:
(a) Maps showing the habitats and their associated distinctiveness scores, as well as linear features (hedgerows and watercourses); and
(b) Numbers representing the area or length of the habitat features and their biodiversity units calculated in line with the Statutory Biodiversity Metric.
2. Time for Completion of Services:

If the site is under 100 hectares, results are produced and available for viewing within approximately one hour, provided that all required inputs are supplied by the Customer and no circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s reasonable control prevent delivery.
- If sites are over 100 hectares, result delivery times may differ.
- The maps and numbers are compiled into a PDF report that can be downloaded as soon as the results are available.

Gentian may update the Fixed Fee Table from time to time, and the definitive and most current version shall be available at [https://gentian.io/true-sight]. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the most recent version of the Fixed Fee Table prior to placing any Order or relying on any pricing information.
- Gentian takes no responsibility for loss, cost, or damage arising from any discrepancy between the Fixed Fee Table set out in clause 3.1 and the most up-to-date version available on Gentian’s website.
4. Support

Gentian shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for:
(a) Planned maintenance carried out during an overnight maintenance window; and
(b) Unscheduled maintenance performed outside Business Hours provided that Gentian has used reasonable endeavours to give the Client reasonable notice in advance.
